The science of learning, diverse learning environments, and teaching technology have opened pathways for educators questing to advance beyond modes of passive learning, like lectures. Likewise, accrediting bodies are well-versed in the solid evidence base supporting the use of active learning strategies to enhance student outcomes (i.e., increased retention of new information, improved critical thinking skills, stronger application of knowledge, increased student motivation, etc.).<br><a href=\"https:\/\/hml.unmc.edu\/Player\/97556988\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Watch this webinar, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch this webinar<\/a>&nbsp;introducing multiple ways to incorporate active learning strategies into either the online or traditional classroom setting.
