Chronic Cough Study - study available for adult patients with a chronic cough.  This studies goal is to determine causes and impact on quality of life from having chronic cough despite trying medications for asthma. Patient completes a 1 time survey on-line. IRB# 838-19-EX

(Chronicle Study)Longitudinal Prospective Observational Study - study available for adult patients with severe asthma who do not achieve control with high-dose ICS therapy with additional controllers and/or require systemic corticosteroid or monoclonal antibody therapy.  Patients complete monthly on-line surveys. IRB# 267-20-EP

(EMPOWER Study)An observational, non-interventional, study of patients with Hereditary
Angioedema
 - study available those who have been diagnosed with Type I or II Hereditary Angioedema (HAE). Patients complete surveys every 3 months on their mobile device and HAE attacks when they occur. IRB# 737-20-FB

(NIMBLE Study)An 52-week non-inferiority study of study drug (GSK3511294) compared with Nucala or Fasenra in participants with severe eosinophilic phenotype asthma - study available to those diagnosed with severe eosinophilic phenotype asthma. Patients will be randomized to a study drug, Nucala or Fasenra and asked to keep an eDiary.  Other assessments include: blood draws, urine sample and Spirometry. IRB# 355-21-FB

(EDURO Study)A study to assess the impact of Omalizumab on exercise capacity, physical activity, and sleep quality after 24 weeks of treatment in patients with moderate to severe allergic asthma - study available to those diagnosed with moderate to severe allergic asthma. Patients will be assessed by CPET, Spirometry, questionnaires and blood draws and will be required to wear a physical activity and sleep monitor on their wrist. IRB# 288-21-FB
