Arthur Kornitsky, DO
Assistant Professor, Division of Hospital Medicine

Dr. Kornitsky is currently serving as a hospitalist/internal medicine physician at UNMC/Nebraska Medicine. He is originally from New York, did his residency training in Baltimore, and then worked as a hospitalist for two years in Bel Air, Maryland. Dr. Kornitsky started working at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2018. The role of a hospitalist is to take care of patients who are admitted to the hospital. They work towards arranging inpatient consultations, treating medical conditions, and coordinating outpatient care after discharge.
Dr. Kornitsky also has an interest in LGBTQ+ health education. He is one of the codirectors of the Introduction to LGBTQ+ health for medical students.
