Personal Distribution Groups

You can create your own personal groups within Outlook email.  These groups are only available for you to use, unless you decide to share them.

(Outlook 2010 & 2013)

1. Go to the Contact Group view

2. Add New Contact Group

3. Name your group and add members. You can select people from the global address book or an an external email such as userid@gmail.com
