Public Distribution Groups

How to Add/Delete Members in Your Public Distribution Group

Public Distribution Groups appear in the Outlook Global Address Book and must be setup by an email administrator.

1. The Group Owner

2. From the Home Tab

3. Open the Address Bookaddress book

4. Search for your group name

Find group

5.  Place curser on group name > Double click

6. Modify Members Modify Members

7. Add by selecting members from the Global Address Book (you can select multiple members)

8. Click ok

9.Click apply > ok

10. Delete a member by selecting their name and Delete
