Each student is given a $25 quota per semester (Fall and Spring). No extra cost for duplex printing, so you get twice the value by doing so! If you reach the semester printing quota, you may purchase additional pages at .10 per page (100 page minimum purchase).
Faculty and staff do not receive a quota, printing can be purchased.

Print Manager FAQ
Q: Is there a warning regarding the number of pages being printed?
A: There is no warning for the number of pages printed. If you would like to see your current balance, move your mouse over the Print Manager End User Tool in the system tray (lower right hand corner).
Q: Will I be notified when my balance is running low?
A: You will be notified when you have 50 pages left of your quota. You will get a message stating: "Your balance is getting low.
Q: When the quota limit has been reached, what happens?
A: When you are close to reaching your quota, if the print job you are printing is over your quota, the print job will not complete and you will receive a message stating: "Insufficient balance in account for this job. Print job canceled." You can then purchase additional pages to increase your printing balance. No refund for purchases or unsed pages.
Q: How can I see how many pages I have remaining?
A: Move your mouse over the Print Manager End User Tool in the system tray (bottom right hand corner of your screen). A pop‐up will display and show your current balance in dollars and the number of pages you have printed. You may calculate your remaining balance from the dollar amount by using one cent equals one page.
Q: How quickly can I start printing again once my balance is increased?
A: 2 business days.
