Professional Summary
Kelsey joined the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Department of Education and Child Development in 2017 as a Program Evaluator. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. As part of her work with the Department of Education, she completes classroom observations, individual child assessments, and evaluates behavioral intervention processes with early childhood programs, K-12 schools, and after school programs state-wide. Kelsey also coordinates projects that focus on community-based family support programs throughout Nebraska. Her previous experience includes community-based therapy, applied behavioral analysis, and teaching special education in a private school setting.
