Professional Summary
Dr. Skrabal s a clinical nutrition therapist and Assistant Professor at the Munroe-Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation. She has been working with the Nebraska Newborn Screening program in the area of metabolic disorders since 2001. Dr. Skrabal’s dissertation research was in the area of PKU and nutrition and involved both qualitative and quantitative analyses. She continues to be involved in research focused on nutrition and metabolic disorders.
