Jessie Weber, MS, BCBA, PLMHP, is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner, board certified behavior analyst and member of the Intensive Behavior Consultation team in the Psychology Department at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute. In this role, she provides behavior analytic services in schools to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities who engage in severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, self-injury) and provides training to school personnel to improve outcomes for these students.

Mrs. Weber received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2011. She received her Master’s in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2018. After starting at MMI in 2018 Mrs. Weber completed her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Brandman University and is now pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis through the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Mrs. Weber’s experience includes working with individuals, ages 3-20, with severe challenging behavior. She has worked extensively in the home and school environments to ensure lasting transitions from intensive treatment into individual’s natural environments.
