Professional Summary
Lynn Martell, MA, PLMHP, is a predoctoral intern in the Intertribal Behavioral Health Program in the Munroe-Meyer Institute Department of Psychology at UNMC. Lynn is a master’s level provider who expects to earn her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Dakota. Prior to internship, Lynn has had the opportunity to provide assessment and therapy across the lifespan to culturally diverse American Indian tribes. Lynn’s clinical training has focused on evidenced based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She emphasizes the importance of tailoring interventions to meet each client’s individual mental health needs. Her research interests revolve around cultural identification and substance use.
