Professional Summary
Brittany Steinfeld, MS, CCC-SLP, is a Bilingual English-Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist in the department of speech-language pathology at the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences from Boston University in 2019, and a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pace University in 2021. Throughout her graduate program, Brittany gained experiences in outpatient settings serving pediatric and adult populations. Brittany currently serves as a member of the team for the multidisciplinary Autism Diagnostic Clinic and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Clinic. In addition, she specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and works with patients and families to identify the best communication system and funding it through their insurance company. Her clinical interests include working with a variety of patient populations, including cognition, autism spectrum disorder, feeding/swallowing disorders, interdisciplinary care, and speech and language disorders.
