About the annual Garden Walk

The Munroe-Meyer Guild Garden Walk is always a big success, drawing over 1,000 people touring all gardens, and comments from visitors are overwhelmingly positive. We are tremendously grateful to the volunteers who make this event possible.

The Garden Walk is a family-friendly, public event traditionally scheduled on the second Sunday in June. Tickets typically go on sale in April.

This event raises around $30,000 annually. Proceeds benefit UNMC’s Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) to fund services and supports for individuals with disabilities and complex health care needs.

Learn more about the Munroe-Meyer Guild, a non-profit organization and one of MMI's supporting boards. The guild’s mission is to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities through fundraising for UNMC’s Munroe-Meyer Institute.
