Dr. Ehlers earned her PhD in Exercise Science from Arizona State University, where she studied psychosocial determinants and outcomes of physical activity in middle-aged women. She completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she focused on the effects of aerobic exercise training on cognition and brain integrity in healthy older adults and breast cancer survivors. She is currently interested in establishing exercise as a means for decreasing cancer-related cognitive impairments.

Lindsey is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and PhD candidate in the ENL. She received her MS in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University in 2018 where her research focused on physical activity and physical function in breast cancer patients. She is currently interested in understanding the relationship between physical and cognitive declines in cancer survivors.

Nicholas Foggia is a Cancer Exercise Specialist and a PhD student in the ENL. He received his MS in Cancer Care and Exercise Oncology from Saint Francis University in 2019 where he implemented exercise programs in cancer survivors. He is currently interested in investigating the relationship between physical activity and cognitive function in cancer survivors.

Julia is a Research Assistant in the ENL and current medical school applicant. In 2018, she earned her BS in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University, where she also competed in collegiate soccer. Her previous experience includes clinical exercise testing and programming as an intern at the Duke Health and Fitness Center in Durham, NC.
