In the summer heat, UNeMed and the UNMC Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research offered UNMC researchers, faculty, staff and students a chance to chill out. The \u201cSummer Chill\u201d was held July 26 outside, with a Kona Ice truck offering shaved ice. Participants could play yard games, listen to music and just connect. Organizers hoped to give people a chance to meet, forge new connections and maybe give a start to a future collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
