Now, <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskamed.service-now.com\/esc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ServiceNow<\/a> is fully functional and ready for business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Updates include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A new <strong>Request Something<\/strong> section on the home page, which will take users to the service catalog to submit a service request for an IT product or service.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction of a <strong>virtual agent<\/strong>, a chatbot tool that will make it easier to get help and complete tasks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Familiar options are available, such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Search box: <\/strong>Start here.
