This means users won\u2019t have to select \u201cSend Me a Push\u201d each time they need to verify their identity, which for remote users can be many times per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these instructions, which also will be available on ServiceNow, to always get push notifications from Duo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>The next time that a user receives a Duo prompt for two-factor verification, click on the Settings button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"191\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/DUO10231.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103877\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u201cMy Settings and Devices.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"190\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/DUO10232.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103882\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify the user\u2019s identity as prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"189\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/DUO10233.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103878\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll down to the bottom of the window and under \u201cWhen I log in\u201d select \u201cAutomatically send this device a push notification\u201d and click the green Save button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"191\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/DUO10234.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-103879\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then click the Back to Login grey button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As always,&nbsp;deny&nbsp;all suspicious logins and logins that the user did not initiate and report them in the Duo Mobile App and by calling the IT Help Desk at 402-559-7700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enrolling in and managing devices in Duo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users enrolling for the first time will have a slightly different experience.
