2021<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hometown:<\/strong>&nbsp;Edmond, Oklahoma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please describe your research focus in three words or less:<\/strong> Infections of retina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why is research important in the world today?&nbsp;<\/strong>It may identify treatments and improvement in patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My research will make a difference because:&nbsp;<\/strong>I hopefully will improve the visual outcomes of blinding conditions by identifying future or different therapeutic targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The best advice I\u2019ve ever received is:&nbsp;<\/strong>Do what you are passionate about, and then work doesn\u2019t feel like work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three things you may not know about me
