Practicing in rural sites with increased autonomy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What challenges do you foresee in graduate medical education in the future?<\/strong> Recruiting and retaining physicians for primary care, especially at rural locations in Nebraska<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>List some accomplishments that you are proud of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduating from UNMC and overcoming the challenges of training during the COVID pandemic.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serving as chief rural resident for the family medicine
