Employees are encouraged to make it count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, employees have the opportunity to participate via two pathways: the United Way of the Midlands campaign and Give Nebraska, formerly the Community Service Fund of Nebraska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNMC employees who pledge&nbsp;a minimum of $15 total&nbsp;will be eligible for the prizes listed below. Information on how to donate is listed below. Winners will be notified via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prizes this week include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two $25 Visa gift cards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One $50 Visa gift card; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UNMC swag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Thursday, UNMC achieved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donations of $75,352<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee participation of 8%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate, see these instructions for more details on donating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>United Way of the Midlands:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/go.unmc.edu\/uwmidlands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a>. The link will lead to a single UNMC sign-in page.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees can sign in with their UNMC username and password.&nbsp;These should auto populate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once signed in, the employee will be directed to a personalized giving page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A \u201cno pledge\u201d option is available for employees who choose not to donate. Employees who are unable to contribute still are encouraged to access the ePledge website and submit a \u201cno donation\u201d response.\u00a0A \u201cno donation\u201d response counts toward total employee participation<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0After an employee has submitted a donation or no donation response, United Way will no longer send additional giving emails this month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Give Nebraska:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.givenebraska.org\/unmc-donate-page.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a>.
