Memberships, intramural sports, special events and fitness classes are available to all UNMC and Nebraska Medicine faculty, staff and students, as well as the community. Additional information on membership is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/cfhl\/membership\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">center\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities planned for the open house include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A staff member will give a guided tour of the facilities, including the cardio room, weight room, fitness classrooms and gymnasium. Come as a group or as an individual. Tours will be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day and last approximately 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intramurals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stop by the front desk to register for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/cfhl\/intramurals\/spring-sports.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spring intramural leagues<\/a>: Basketball, futsal (indoor soccer), pickleball or volleyball. The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fitness challenge: Join the movement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join the center\u2019s spring fitness challenge. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/cfhl\/_documents\/cfhl-activity-tracker.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sign up online<\/a> or at the center\u2019s facility, track activity with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/cfhl\/_documents\/cfhl-activity-tracker.xlsx\">this form<\/a> and turn it in by March 8 (<a href=\"mailto:CFHLcampusrec@unmc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">email the Center for Healthy Living<\/a> or drop it off at the front desk) and win exclusive Center for Healthy Living gear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free popcorn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grab free popcorn at the facility Feb. 6-8 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-person fitness classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/cfhl\/membership\/fitness-classes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fitness classes<\/a> for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TRX suspension straps, Room 1009 (Tuesdays, noon to 1 p.m.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indoor cycling (Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total body fitness, Room 1004 (Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon to 1 p.m.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yoga, Room 1009 (Mondays and Wednesdays, noon; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5 to 6 p.m.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coffee Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Thursday, Feb. 8,
