This event, sponsored by the Chancellor\u2019s Office, will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event coincides with National Employee Appreciation Day, which was started in 1995 to celebrate employees and all that they contribute to an organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a multiple-location event at the Omaha campus, UNMC will be celebrating all employees for their contributions to UNMC\u2019s mission and values. With more than one location, employees will have increased access to the events and have opportunities to experience different types of appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three simultaneous events will be available at three different campus locations with three different themes. There will be food, activities and prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"252\" height=\"130\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EmployeeAppreciationDay1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-108119\" style=\"width:350px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wellness at Durham Research Center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durham Research Center will host a wellness themed appreciation that includes yoga, financial representatives, chair massages and meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"214\" height=\"143\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EmployeeAppreciationDay2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-108121\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Star search talent show at Eppley Science Hall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eppley Science Hall will feature a talent show where the UNMC community can show off their talents. It will be live streamed to all offsite locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"251\" height=\"144\" at Center for Healthy Living<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Center for Healthy Living will provide game time activities, such as corn hole, ladder ball, ping pong and minute-to-win-it competitions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If anyone would like to assist with the event, please complete the <a
