The UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute has released its annual report, showcasing excellence across the institute\u2019s four pillars \u2014 patient care, education, research and outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2022-23 report features a sampling of MMI efforts, including how the pediatric feeding department is bettering lives across the lifespan and a trio of projects from the physical therapy department designed to aid children with mobility issues. It also highlights the nation-leading applied behavior analysis PhD program; an innovative attempt to build social skills of children on the autism spectrum; and the commitment to bring exceptional autism services to communities across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his director\u2019s message, Karoly Mirnics, MD, PhD, writes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
