The Olson Center for Women\u2019s Health will discuss the menstrual cycle at its upcoming webinar on Tuesday, May 21, from noon to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heather Ramsey, DNP, a certified nurse-midwife with the Olson Center for Women\u2019s Health, will present \u201cUnderstanding the Menstrual Cycle\u201d at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping track of menstrual cycles can help women understand what’s typical for them. This lecture will describe the phases of the menstrual cycle, how to track periods and when to be concerned if irregularities occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Register for the virtual event by emailing the Olson Center<\/a> or by calling 402-559-6345.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by University of Nebraska Medical Center and Olson Center for Women\u2019s Health. University of Nebraska Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team. The University of Nebraska Medical Center designates this activity for 1.0 ANCC contact hour. Nurses should only claim credit for the actual time spent participating in the activity.
