These services are in addition to the primary care that is available by appointment during regular business hours. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Increasing patient access to care is a critical part of our mission, which is why we are so excited to expand our Immediate Care Clinics to include the Fontenelle Health Center,&#8221;\u00a0said\u00a0Kevin Borges, clinic manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immediate care will be offered:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday through Friday from 6 to 9:45 p.m.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holidays from 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOpening this location is fulfilling our commitment to the North Omaha community to provide access to the extraordinary health care that our teams provide,\u201d said\u00a0Robbe Peetz, director, ambulatory clinics. \u201cAs a provider in the ICC myself, I am proud to be able to deliver care to our patients and expand our footprint. I would like to thank Clinic Manager Kevin Borges, Ambulatory Supervisor Stevie Duffield<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and Clinic Operations Lead Liz LaBille, who have worked to prepare the opening of the clinic.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The clinic will treat a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskamed.com\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/primary-care\/9201-ICC-vs-ERFlyer237612736.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">variety of illnesses and injuries<\/a>, including coughs, colds, sore throats, earaches, abdominal pain, minor cuts and sprains. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This expansion builds on Nebraska Medicine&#8217;s persistent and focused efforts last fiscal year\u00a0that helped stabilize its ICC operations.
