This change aims to enhance the service delivery and provide more customized assistance for UNMC and Nebraska Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users will continue calling 402-559-7700. But it no longer will be necessary to select options 1 or 2 \u2014 all calls will be directed straight to the internal IT Service Desk team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By centralizing support functions, the team hopes to improve response times, foster better teamwork and offer a more personalized IT support experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-urgent service desk tickets can be submitted through the <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskamed.service-now.com\/esc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IT ServiceNow Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\" style=\"display:
