The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/elearning\/funded-program\/participants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">13 teams selected<\/a>\u00a0for 2024-25 were recognized at the E-Learning Awards Meeting in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects will receive funding provided by the vice chancellor for academic affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe program offers a unique opportunity for students and faculty to work together alongside our e-learning instructional design and technology experts to ensure engaging digital materials are integrated into UNMC\u2019s curriculum,\u201d said Peggy Moore, director of e-learning and an assistant professor in the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jane Meza, PhD, interim vice chancellor for academic affairs, congratulated the awardees. \u201cThe E-Learning Funded Awards Program is more than just a partnership; it\u2019s a platform for faculty and students to bring educational concepts to life,\u201d Dr. Meza said. \u201cWith faculty guiding the vision and students contributing fresh perspectives and content development skills, the program fosters an environment of shared learning and growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024-25 cohort features 61 faculty, staff, students, residents and fellows from six colleges and the Munroe-Meyer Institute. The new awardees join a group of more than 750 individuals who have participated in the E-Learning Funded Awards Program and created more than 300 e-modules, most of which are available on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/elearning\/egallery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNMC E-Gallery<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teams will demonstrate the new e-modules at the e-learning showcase scheduled for April 2025.
