This program is designed to equip faculty with leadership skills to navigate the complexities of today&#8217;s academic and health care environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning in the fall, the cohort will spend 10 months studying, refining and applying their leadership skills through monthly trainings and collaborative projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis year\u2019s applications for iLEAD reveal deeply rooted leadership capacity and potential for incredible growth,\u201d said Amanda Zangrillo, PsyD, BCBA-D, iLEAD planning committee member and a program graduate. \u201cI am excited to see how iLEAD will nurture this cohort\u2019s strengths and enhance their impact at UNMC.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The faculty members are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNMC College of Allied Health
