It will be at the Scott Conference Center at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nationally-recognized keynote speaker Sasha Shillcutt, MD, the Dr. Gail Walling Yanney Professor of Anesthesiology at UNMC, will present on \u201cResilience: The art of failing forward.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other topics include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recovering from a clinical error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultivating purpose without overidentifying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer support in the workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimizing financial stressors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tackling technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loneliness and imposter syndrome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combating burnout through volunteering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees will have opportunities to practice wellness strategies and develop a plan for cultivating wellness for their teams.<br><br>Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.
