While my PhD study gave me an opportunity to pursue this interest, I figured out that pathology, especially hematopathology, would more realistically offer me a path toward having a stable career while still satisfying my academic curiosity and interest.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MD, Shanghai Medical University, Shanghai, China\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PhD in medical microbiology and immunology, Ohio State University, Columbus\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residency in anatomic and clinical pathology, State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fellowship in oncological surgical pathology, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, New York\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fellowship in hematopathology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Memberships:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
