The survey offers 5,000 UNMC employees an important opportunity to offer their perspectives on what\u2019s happening around campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group callout\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 Employee Engagement Survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Can\u2019t find your 2025 UNMC Employee Engagement Survey email from&nbsp;<strong>QuantumWorkplace.com<\/strong>? Try this quick search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey email from&nbsp;<strong>QuantumWorkplace.com<\/strong>&nbsp;is safe, but sometimes it may be held by the system and not appear directly in your inbox.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Survey-Email2_UNMC-Today-Instructions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Click on this link to read some quick and easy instructions, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click on this link to read some quick and easy instructions<\/a>&nbsp;to find the survey email in Outlook.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>UNMC Human Resources has engaged with Engage2Excel to administer the 2025 survey, with assistance from Quantum Workplace.\u202fSurvey emails are delivered from Quantum Workplace and the email domain quantumworkplace.com.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators have set a high goal for this survey \u2013 aiming to achieve an 80% response. That employee feedback is crucial in helping create a better workplace for everyone at UNMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNMC employees are encouraged to complete the survey as soon as possible. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the initial email on Tuesday, April 15, the first survey reminder went out on Thursday, April 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further reminders will follow on Tuesday, April 22, and Friday, April 25, although those reminders will stop once employees complete the survey. The 2025 Employee Engagement Survey will close on Saturday, April 26 \u2013 be sure to share your feedback before the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey is confidential. Through its collaboration with the external survey vendor, UNMC will not receive any information that personally identifies any survey participant or their
