As the 2025 UNMC Employee Engagement Survey continues this week, UNMC Interim Chancellor H. Dele Davies, MD, sent this message Tuesday to UNMC faculty and staff encouraging them to participate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By now, I hope you\u2019ve taken a few minutes to complete UNMC\u2019s 2025 Employee Engagement Survey. If so, you know the survey was easy to navigate and took about five minutes to complete (a bit longer if you give specific feedback on the open-ended last question).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve already completed the survey, thank you. If you have not had an opportunity, please take time this week as the survey closes on Saturday (April 26).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your feedback is critical in helping us create a better workplace for everyone at UNMC. For that reason, we hope to achieve an 80% response rate. We\u2019re not there, but, with your help, can reach (and exceed) our goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To participate, please find the confidential survey link sent to your UNMC email by QuantumWorkplace.com. A survey reminder was sent today (April 22) and another will be sent Friday (April 25), but only if you have not yet completed the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, your perspective matters, and your feedback is confidential. UNMC will not receive any survey information that personally identifies you or any of your responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
