{"id":121643,"date":"2025-04-25T01:58:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T06:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/?p=121643"},"modified":"2025-04-24T13:14:04","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T18:14:04","slug":"unmc-employee-engagement-survey-extended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2025\/04\/25\/unmc-employee-engagement-survey-extended\/","title":{"rendered":"UNMC Employee Engagement Survey extended"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\">\n<p>UNMC\u2019s 2025 Employee Engagement Survey has been extended until Friday, May 2, giving UNMC employees extra time to offer their perspectives on what\u2019s happening around campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey, which has gone out to 5,000 faculty and regular staff, including house officers, takes only  about five minutes to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now UNMC is offering an incentive to participate \u2013 the unit with the highest response rate will receive an ice cream social as a thank you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group callout\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 Employee Engagement Survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note the following criteria must be met in order to receive an invitation to participate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your start date must be on or before Jan. 15, 2025.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be a regular employee. (Temporary employees, faculty volunteers and non-faculty volunteers are not eligible at this time.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) must be 0.5 or higher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you met those criteria, quickly locate the survey email by typing Quantum workplace in the email search bar. If you use a Focused Inbox, you can look in the Other or Clutter tab.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>UNMC Human Resources has engaged with Engage2Excel to administer the 2025 survey, with assistance from Quantum Workplace.\u202fThe survey is delivered via an email to employees\u2019 UNMC inbox through a confidential survey link from Quantum Workplace and the email domain quantumworkplace.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantum Workplace will send the updated email invitations with the new dates to employees daily starting Monday. Once the survey is completed, the employee will stop getting the emails. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators are aiming to achieve a high response to the survey in line with previous participation by UNMC employees. That employee feedback is crucial in helping create a better workplace for everyone at UNMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey is confidential. Through its collaboration with the external survey vendor, UNMC will not receive any information that personally identifies any survey participant or their responses.<\/p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\"
