A draft of the UNMC Strategic Plan for academic years 2026-29 now is available for review by the UNMC community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plan, developed through an active and dynamic planning process involving leadership and participation across the institution, identifies goals and strategies for each UNMC college, institute and unit. The revised goals and strategies are posted on UNMC\u2019s values and vision page<\/a> for review by the entire UNMC community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNMC students, staff and faculty can provide input, including suggestions for revisions of the draft and for additional strategies to be added to the plan. As in past years, all recommendations will be reviewed prior to revision, discussion and final approval of the AY 2026-29 UNePlan Goals and Strategies by the Chancellor\u2019s Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the finalization of the 2026-29 UNMC Strategic Plan update, each of the colleges, institutes, centers and business units will have the opportunity to refresh and update their specific strategic initiatives, well in advance of the start of the upcoming academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
