{"id":123981,"date":"2025-07-24T01:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T06:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/?p=123981"},"modified":"2025-07-23T14:47:23","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T19:47:23","slug":"lot-2-work-nears-completion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2025\/07\/24\/lot-2-work-nears-completion\/","title":{"rendered":"Lot 2 work nears completion"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\">\n<p>The structural work on Lot 2, also known as the green parking structure, is scheduled to be completed on Sept. 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After Sept. 28:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lot 2 will return to normal capacity for patient and visitor parking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lot 50 will return to staff parking only. During construction, level B of Lot 50 has been used for patient parking and valet parking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Work on the parking structure that connects to Durham Outpatient Center began in May 2024, and its completion deadline was extended due to additional renovations needing to be made to extend the life of the structure.<\/p>\n<!-- <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\"
