University of Nebraska President Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, will deliver his 2025 State of the University Address today (Sept. 4) at noon from the second-floor rotunda of the Nebraska State Capitol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Livestream access will be available via the University of Nebraska website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s address marks Dr. Gold\u2019s first anniversary as president of the University of Nebraska System. Building on his \u201cOdyssey to Extraordinary\u201d vision, he will define what \u201cextraordinary\u201d means for the University of Nebraska and share his priorities for achieving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Gold will reflect on the university\u2019s current standing; celebrate recent accomplishments in research, teaching, engagement and service; and outline bold steps to position NU for long-term success.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
