Diane Ratigan-Schmidt, instructor and director of workforce strategy in the UNMC Department of Neurological Sciences, will present \u201cFrom Conflict to Collaboration: \u200bTransforming Difficult Relationships into Productive Partnerships\u201d at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ratigan-Schmidt will show how people can unlock their superpower to transform even their most challenging work and personal relationships. In this energizing and practical session, attendees will learn how to reframe \u201cdifficult people\u201d using the Whole Brain Thinking model and uncover how their thinking preferences shape conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This session will offer simple, empowering tools to help build healthier, more productive connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This virtual event will be Tuesday, Sept.16, from noon to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by University of Nebraska Medical Center and Olson Center for Women\u2019s Health. University of Nebraska Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team. The University of Nebraska Medical Center designates this activity for 1.0 ANCC contact hour. Nurses should only claim credit for the actual time spent participating in the activity.
