Department faculty member with 1 or more learner evaluation (n=239)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Faculty with \u2265 6 total evaluations (n=159)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Count\u2011weight (z\u2011score) evaluation score of top 30% of total eligible faculty (n=72)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*4. Top 30% of Phase 1 department faculty with Phase 1 evaluations (n=8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. &lt;3 delinquent resident evaluations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Independent of criteria
