The goal is simple: less time figuring out who to call&nbsp;or which software solution&nbsp;to&nbsp;use \u2014 and&nbsp;more time getting things done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrated services now will have one dedicated phone number for services, bringing requests together through centralized call management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe move to a single phone number and centralized contact center for facilities, environmental services and biomed represents a proven industry best practice,\u201d said&nbsp;Tyler Busboom, the division\u2019s executive director.&nbsp;\u201cBy simplifying how our teams request support, we remove the burden of figuring out which department to call and make it easier to get help quickly.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number for all requests is 402-559-4050. All calls for facilities, environmental services and biomed will route directly to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Service Desk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another enhancement to help streamline service requests is the new&nbsp;Archibus&nbsp;Workplace app that is available to download in the Hub,&nbsp;offering quick access by phone or tablet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the app, users can look up floor plans, submit maintenance requests directly from a mobile device and attach photos easily to work orders, which helps teams assess issues faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When first accessing the app,\u00a0users will be <a href=\"https:\/\/nebunmc.iwmsapp.com\/archibus\/workplace.axvw?&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"prompted to enter this URL\u00a0to get started, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prompted to enter this URL\u00a0to get started<\/a>.
