The card allows users to pay for eligible expenses starting in 2026; <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraska.edu\/-\/media\/projects\/unca\/faculty-staff\/health-benefits\/sample-debit-card.pdf\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/nebraska.edu\/-\/media\/projects\/unca\/faculty-staff\/health-benefits\/sample-debit-card.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"a sample image of the debit card can be found here, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a sample image of the debit card can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If someone needs a replacement card, call Inspira Financial at 1-844-729-3539.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register for an online account, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"the Inspira Financial website at this link, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Inspira Financial website at this link<\/a>. Logging in for the first time will require the user to create a new profile. Follow the steps below to register:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to https:\/\/mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Create Profile on the right-hand side of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before clicking Get Started, have the following information available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social Security number or university personnel number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: Users who received their Inspira debit card for their health care FSA will be asked to enter the last four digits of the card number. This will help verify the online account. Dependent care FSA benefits do not have an Inspira debit card option. The profile creation is the same for a dependent care only account, except that Inspira will not ask for the last four digits of a debit card number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, enter in the required requested information for account verification:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mailing address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ZIP code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After clicking Next, the last step in verifying the user&#8217;s identity will be entering:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last four digits of the Social Security number or university personnel number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the user&#8217;s identity is verified, they can create the account profile:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a username and password<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up security questions and answers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review\/accept the online services agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once registered, account holders will be be able to manage account notifications, check balance, download forms and documents, request reimbursement for eligible expense, link a bank account for reimbursement of eligible expenses, and view claims and transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After registering an online account, users can access their Inspira Financial Flexible Spending Account in Firefly-Employee Self Service using a single sign-on, which will allow them to log in without using the user ID and password each time. First create an online account at <a href=\"https:\/\/mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"the Inspira Financial website, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Inspira Financial website<\/a> before the Firefly single-sign-on access will be enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users also can enjoy access to their FSA account information on the go by downloading \u201cInspira Mobile\u201d from one of the mobile app stores.
