The ability to be able to handle complex, high-acuity situations also drew me to the field of anesthesiology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why UNMC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had the ability to do a visiting anesthesiology rotation at UNMC as a medical student and had a great experience with residents and faculty within the department. That experience, along with my desire to stay in Omaha, made it clear that UNMC was the right fit for my training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three things people may not know about me:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have a twin brother<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I am a huge New York sports and Notre Dame football fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I enjoy coaching YMCA
