{"id":133009,"date":"2026-06-08T01:50:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/?p=133009"},"modified":"2026-06-06T06:40:06","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T11:40:06","slug":"making-the-switch-from-the-hub-to-intune","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2026\/06\/08\/making-the-switch-from-the-hub-to-intune\/","title":{"rendered":"Making the switch from the Hub to Intune \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\">\n<p>After a couple of weeks of&nbsp;awareness,&nbsp;now\u2019s&nbsp;the time to begin acting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last\u00a0couple of\u00a0weeks,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2026\/05\/18\/accessing-work-apps-on-personal-devices-will-change-slightly\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"articles, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">articles<\/a>\u00a0have been\u00a0shared\u00a0on the NOW and UNMC Today about Nebraska Medicine and UNMC transitioning from the Intelligent Hub to Microsoft Intune Company Portal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colleagues can now begin to&nbsp;move their personal&nbsp;devices&nbsp;from&nbsp;the Hub&nbsp;over to Microsoft&nbsp;Intune&nbsp;Company Portal&nbsp;by performing the following steps:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch Hub\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Support\u00a0>\u00a0Your Device\u00a0>\u00a0Unenroll\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the Company Portal app (available from either\u00a0the App Store (Apple iOS\u00a0\u00a0users) or the Google Play\u00a0store (Android users). Android users will need to download Duo as well\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch Company Portal, log in, and follow the prompts.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more specific launching a work app, as shown in the screenshot at right For now, continue to choose &#8220;Intelligent Hub &#8211; Appstore (Legacy).&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may also receive an\u00a0additional\u00a0Duo prompt when launching a work app from\u00a0their\u00a0phone.\u202fBoth of these are temporary measures during migration.\u00a0When the Intelligent Hub platform
