The facility will be free to use Mondays through Fridays. Visitors are invited to tour the center and see how they could benefit from becoming a member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monday through Friday events include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guided tours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily for groups and individuals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Center for Healthy Living staff member will give guided tours of the facilitiy, including its cardio room, weight room, fitness classrooms and gymnasium. Tours will be available daily and last approximately 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ask a trainer: 8 a.m.-4 p.m. daily<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visitors can take advantage of this time to ask fitness-related questions, inquire about services or learn more about the center\u2019s equipment. Also available online <a href=\"mailto:cfhlfitness@unmc.edu?subject=Ask%20a%20Trainer\">by email<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness specials \u2013 Sept. 16-30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the rest of the month, take advantage of a 20% discount on eight- and 12-pack personal training packages.
