The commercials will run through Oct. 13 and again from Oct. 28 through Nov. 10 on stations in Omaha, Lincoln and communities across the state. <\/p>\n<p>The commercials will highlight UNMC&#8217;s Rural Health Opportunities Program, the medical technology program and its distance learning component, the research in rheumatoid arthritis headed by James O&#8217;Dell, M.D., and diabetes research headed by Jennifer Larsen, M.D. <\/p>\n<p>The commercials direct listeners to UNMC&#8217;s Web site and &#8220;The Future is Here&#8221; Web page where they can obtain more information about each topic.
