1. Can you identify two ways to protect the information on your computer screen? <\/p>\n

2. Who is responsible if a password is “loaned” to a co-worker and it is used to look up information on a friend they are concerned about? <\/p>\n

Answers:<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Turn the screen away from public view. Use a password-protected screen saver that pops up after a few minutes of idle time and hides the information. Log off from a system containing confidential information when you leave the area.<\/p>\n

2. Both employees have violated the organization’s policy. The owner of the password is ultimately responsible for sharing the password.<\/p>\n
