\"pictureUNMC’s Aging Interest Group invites photographers to participate in its 2003 photo contest. Individuals may submit one or more photos, which communicate the character and experiences of older adults and challenge stereotypes of the elderly. The winning photographs will be displayed permanently at UNMC. <\/p>\n

The Aging Interest Group consists of medical students who are interested in geriatric medicine and the issues involved with aging. The contest is open to amateur and professional photographers in Nebraska. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place.<\/p>\n

Photos must be submitted by March 14. Winners will be notified in May. For more information, contact Deanna Bartek at 559-4410 or via e-mail at dbartek@unmc.edu<\/a>.
