To help you determine if you have the right ingredients and understand the new form, the training session is scheduled for Thursday, March 27.<\/p>\n<p>If the answer to any of the following questions is yes, then plan to attend this training session.<\/p>\n<p><UL><LI>Does your job require you to determine the necessary ingredients for a subcontract?<br \/>\n<LI>Do you want to fill out an easier budget form?<br \/>\n<LI>Do you frequently wonder if the subcontract is in compliance with UNMC and federal regulations?<br \/>\n<LI>Would you like a budget form that calculates F&amp;A for you?<br \/>\n<LI>Does your research involve a subcontract arrangement with another university? <\/UL><\/p>\n<p>On Jan. 1, Sponsored Programs Administration implemented a new contract negotiation procedure. The information training session are designed to:  <\/p>\n<p><UL><LI>Reveal the ingredients of a proper subcontract in the proposal stage<br \/>\n<LI>Unveil the new SPA budget form<br \/>\n<LI>Reduce misunderstandings of subcontract negotiation<br \/>\n<LI>Develop an understanding of subcontract components<br \/>\n<LI>Divulge the new subcontract negotiation process<br \/>\n<LI>Discover new ingredients for compliant subcontracts<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>To accommodate as many people as possible, participants can choose to attend a morning (9 to 11 a.m.) or afternoon (1 to 3 p.m.) session in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater. To help prepare materials for the training session, complete the attached <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/workshop\/reg032703.cfm\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">online form<\/a> by Friday, March 14 to register.
