All surveys are to be turned in by Friday, Nov. 19.<br \/>\nEmployees with Lotus Notes e-mail addresses should have received an e-mail from Career Design, Inc., on Nov. 8, explaining the confidential survey. Please do not delete the e-mail return address of info@careerdesigninc.com.  <\/p>\n<p>Employees who may have accidently deleted the e-mail should contact UNMC Human Resources at 402-559-5827 to obtain a replacement log-in\/password from Career Design or request that a paper copy be mailed to a campus address. The login-in and password are case sensitive and numeral\/letter specific.  <\/p>\n<p>Employees who do not have Lotus Notes e-mail addresses have been mailed a paper copy of the survey.
