Salary pool increases, health insurance, employee training and development programs, and a new online employee handbook will be among the topics discussed at two forums for faculty and employees this week.<\/p>\n

Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., Human Resources Executive Director John Russell and Employee Relations Director Carmen Sirizzotti will speak and answer questions at the forums.<\/p>\n

\nWednesday’s forum will be broadcast to Room 4 of the College of Dentistry in Lincoln; to Room 360 at the College of Nursing in Lincoln; to Room 250 of the Communications Center Building in Kearney; and to Room 205 at College of Nursing West Nebraska Division.

\n<\/TABLE>A forum on Wednesday, May 24, will begin at noon in the Durham Research Center auditorium. Beginning at 11:45 a.m., sack lunches will be provided to the first 150 attendees of the forum. A sign language interpreter will be present at that forum.<\/p>\n

The other forum — scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25 — also will take place in the DRC auditorium. Cookies and refreshments will be provided at that forum. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
