Employees can voice their opinion in the 2006 Employee Satisfaction Survey, which was distributed last week. The deadline to complete the online survey is Friday, Oct. 6.<\/p>\n

The satisfaction and commitment of UNMC’s faculty and staff continues to be a critical success factor in the campus strategic plan, said John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for Business and Finance and executive director of Human Resources. The survey is one way of assessing employee satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Last week, Career Design completed the online distribution of the 2006 Employee Satisfaction Survey, via e-mail directly to all regular full-time and part-time employees who have a Lotus Notes e-mail address. Career Design used an IT Platform Manager, Insala, LLC, which sent an e-mail with full instructions for completing the survey. <\/p>\n

Since then, more than 1,100 employees have participated in the 2006 Employee Satisfaction Survey. <\/p>\n

Online surveys should be completed by Friday, Oct. 6. The survey has been designed to be very brief and takes only a few minutes to complete. <\/p>\n
