\"pictureUNMC Today soon will unveil a new series of stories called “UNMC Off The Clock.” <\/p>\n

The stories will focus on the activities of UNMC employees and students during their time away from the labs, classrooms, clinics and offices. <\/p>\n

Some of the stories planned include employees participating in athletic events, charitable efforts and performing as entertainers. <\/p>\n

We are interested in hearing from the campus about story ideas. <\/p>\n

Maybe you or someone you know participates in community theater, is a regular karaoke singer, quilts or has played the church organ for many years. Hobbies, collections and interesting second jobs also make for great stories.<\/p>\n

Along with a story in UNMC Today, many of these stories also will be featured in a corresponding blog at www.unmc.edu\/blog\/publicaffairs<\/a>, which will allow readers to comment about the story. <\/p>\n
